Plans and what each includes

Free, Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise side by side: prices, limits, free trials, billing in US dollars and the plan each feature starts on.

NoqtaShop has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise. This article compares them — prices, billing, limits, free trials, AI credits and the plan each feature starts on — so you can choose the one that fits your store today, and know what you would gain by moving up. New to NoqtaShop? Start with What is NoqtaShop?

The prices, trials and features below are the ones the pricing page (opens in a new tab) shows; storage comes from the plan itself. From top to bottom, the page holds the plan cards, the Enterprise band, the comparison table and the billing questions. At the top of the page, beside the line about billing in US dollars, Need help? Plans and what each includes opens this article.

The whole pricing page, top to bottom. Each part is explained below.

The five plans at a glance

Every plan is a subscription: a fixed price each month or year, and never a commission on your sales. We take nothing from your orders, on any plan, Free included. Your own payment provider still charges its processing fee on card payments; that fee is between you and them.

PlanMonthlyFree trialMade for
Free$0Not needed — no cardBuilding your catalogue and taking cash-on-delivery orders
Starter$19 (≈ 13.47 JOD)14 daysYour own domain, discount codes and your sales figures
Growth$35 (≈ 24.81 JOD)14 daysCard payments, gift cards and the full set of AI tools
Business$79 (≈ 56.01 JOD)None — charged from day oneUnlimited staff with roles, the audit log and priority support

On every plan: unlimited products and orders, cash on delivery, Storefront Studio with live preview, and hosting with a secure connection.

The pricing page as it opens, on monthly billing.
Each paid card starts with Everything in … plus, then lists only what that plan adds.

How to read a card:

  • The button is how you start: Start free on Free, Start free trial on Starter and Growth, Choose plan on Business. Under it, a line spells out the card terms:
    • Free: No card, no time limit. Move up whenever you want.
    • Starter and Growth: Card required, nothing charged today on your first free trial. $35 a month after 14 days. We email you before that, and cancelling inside the 14 days costs you nothing. (Growth’s wording; Starter’s says $19.)
    • Business: Card required. Billed $79 a month from today.
  • Recommended marks Growth, with the line Card payments start here — below this you take cash on delivery only.
  • Everything in Free, plus (or Starter, or Growth) — each paid plan includes everything in the plan before it, and lists only what it adds. The first, bold line names what it adds first: Abandoned-cart recovery and returns on Starter, Low-stock alerts and loyalty points & referrals on Growth, and Audit log on Business. Three lines follow, such as Your own domain, Discount codes and AI writing & translation on Starter.
  • The Free card has no plan before it, so it lists its own: Cash on delivery, Your storefront in Arabic or English — pick one and Customer accounts & order history, then Unlimited products & orders and Storefront Studio with live preview, which every plan includes.

There is one free trial per person and per card, and it needs a card: nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing; your store then moves to the free plan. If you have had a trial before, Starter and Growth are charged from the first day, like Business. See How the free trial works.

Monthly or yearly billing

Above the cards, choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly billing is one payment for the whole year and costs about 20% less — the switch says Save 20%. The card then shows the yearly price divided by twelve, with the real yearly charge under it.

PlanMonthlyYearlyShown per monthYou save in a year
Starter$19$180$15$48
Growth$35$336$28$84
Business$79$756$63$192
Yearly: one payment a year. The bold line under each price is what your card is charged.

The cycle you choose here goes with you to sign-up. On Starter and Growth the trial still comes first; the yearly charge is taken when it ends. See Create your store.

Limits: staff accounts, storage and storefront languages

Products and orders are unlimited on every plan. What changes from plan to plan:

PlanStaff accountsStorageStorefront languages
Free11 GB1 — Arabic or English
Starter35 GB2 — Arabic and English
Growth1025 GBAll three
BusinessUnlimited100 GBAll three
EnterpriseUnlimitedUnlimitedAll three

Staff accounts include your own. Storage holds your photos, videos and files. The three languages are Arabic, English and French. Whatever plan you are on, the console itself works in English, Arabic and French — the limit is on the languages your storefront sells in.

When you reach a limit, nothing is deleted and nothing extra is charged. You cannot add the next staff account, or upload more once your storage is full, until you move up a plan. Your console’s Subscription page shows how much of each limit you use: see See your plan, usage and billing.

Which plan each feature starts on

Under the plans, Compare every plan. lists every capability, plan by plan: a tick if the plan includes it, a dash if not, or a number. Here is the same table, by the plan where each feature starts.

Compare every plan. Growth’s column is highlighted.

Multiple branches is marked Soon on Business and Enterprise: it is planned, not built yet.

The table groups its rows under Store, Selling, Catalogue, Analytics, AI and Trial & support. In Selling, refunds and returns are two separate rows, because they are two different things:

Refunds is ticked on every plan. Returns starts on Starter.

Notes on what some rows mean:

  • Refunds is on every plan, Free included: you can give a customer their money back on any order. See Refund an order in full or in part.
  • Returns starts on Starter. It is the return process: a customer asks to send items back from their order page on your storefront, or you record the return yourself, then you receive the items and refund them. See Handle a return.
  • Card payments online needs your own HyperPay account as well as Growth or higher. Cash on delivery needs nothing. See How customers pay you.
  • Low-stock alerts are the alert emails. Setting a low-stock level and filtering your low-stock products work on every plan.

In the console, a feature your plan does not include shows a padlock. See Why does a feature show a padlock?

The table has 48 rows. To find one quickly:

  1. Above the table, select Find a capability.
  2. Type a word, for example product.

The table keeps only the rows whose name contains what you typed, and a count shows how many are left, for example 6 of 48 rows. To show every row again, select the × at the end of the box.

Searching for product leaves the six rows with product in their name.

If nothing matches, the table is replaced by Nothing matches “point of sale”. Try a shorter word, or ask us whether we do it. and a Clear search link.

No row matches. Try a shorter word, or ask us.

The search looks only at the row names, in the language you are reading the page in. On a phone, the table shows two plans side by side; choose them with Compare and with above it.

AI credits on each plan

The AI tools are counted in credits that renew each month. Each tool has its own monthly allowance.

Free has no AI tools. On Starter, Growth and Business, the monthly allowances are:

AI toolStarterGrowthBusiness
AI translation3,00012,00040,000
AI writingIncludedIncludedIncluded
AI photo enhancement—100500
AI storefront generation—20100
AI variant suggestions—100500
AI category icons—50250

On Enterprise, every AI tool is unlimited, with allowances set in the agreement. One translation credit translates one field into one language: translating a product’s name and description into Arabic uses 2. AI writing — drafting policy pages and FAQ answers on Starter and up, and campaign copy from Growth, where campaigns start — is not counted.

Credits cannot be bought from the console. If you need more than your plan’s allowance, talk to us (opens in a new tab). How credits are counted and when they renew: How AI credits work.

Your brand alone: the NoqtaShop badge goes from Growth

On Free and Starter, your storefront’s footer carries a small Powered by NoqtaShop line. From Growth it is gone, and your storefront shows your brand alone. The comparison row is No NoqtaShop badge.

Why we bill in US dollars, with a dinar estimate

Plans are priced and billed in US dollars, so one price works for every merchant. Next to each price, the page shows an estimate in Jordanian dinars at the fixed rate of 0.709 dinars to the dollar, where the dinar has been pegged since 1995 — so what you pay barely moves. Your bank may add its own currency fee.

Your store sells in its own currency: billing in dollars is only for your NoqtaShop plan.

Questions about the bill. Select a question to open its answer.

Questions about the bill

Under the comparison table, Questions about the bill. answers six questions merchants ask before they pay. Each starts closed: select a question to open its answer, and select it again to close it. The first two, Do you take a commission on my sales? and Why am I billed in dollars?, are answered above: no commission on any plan, and one dollar price for every merchant with a dinar estimate. The other four:

What happens if I reach a limit? Products and orders have no limit on any plan. At a staff, storage or AI limit, you cannot add more until you move up a plan, and AI credits also come back at the start of each month. For more AI credits, talk to us.

A limit stops you adding more. It never deletes or charges.

Can I change plans later? Yes: up at once for the difference, down at the end of the period you have paid for, as Moving between plans later explains below. Two more points are in the answer: you cannot move up while a payment is outstanding or your subscription is set to cancel, and if you also switch between monthly and annual billing, you pay for the new period less the unused part of your current one.

Up now for the difference, down at the end of the period you paid for.

What is an AI credit? One credit is one action of that kind: one photo enhanced, one field translated into one language, one storefront generated. Translating a product’s name and description into Arabic uses 2. Each AI tool has its own monthly allowance, and for more, you talk to us.

Each AI tool counts its own credits, every month.

Is there a free trial? Where a plan offers one, its card says so and spells out what happens when it ends: one trial per person and per card, nothing charged before it ends, and an email from us first. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing; your store then moves to the free plan. Free needs no trial and no card at all.

One trial per person and per card. Cancel inside it and you pay nothing.

How each of these works in your console: Upgrade or change your plan, How the free trial works and How AI credits work.

Enterprise: arranged with our team

Enterprise sits in its own band under the plan cards: Your own infrastructure, and someone who picks up when you call. It includes everything in Business, a dedicated account manager and AI allowances set by agreement, and it is Priced by agreement.

Enterprise is not bought online. Talk to us opens the contact form with Enterprise chosen.

Enterprise cannot be bought on the website. Select Talk to us: the contact form opens with the Enterprise topic already chosen. We agree the scope, the terms and the price with you, and our team sets the store up with you.

Moving between plans later

You are not locked in, and everything you have built stays where it is when you change plan. You change plan on the console’s Subscription page: moving up starts the new plan at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; moving down happens at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel any time and keep your plan to the end of the period; your store then moves to the free plan. What a lower plan does not include is switched off, not deleted, and comes back when you move up. See Upgrade or change your plan.
